Terms and Conditions

1. The Agreement

By accessing the Judge Tours platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with [Legal Company Name]. You agree to use our digital intelligence, curation services, and itineraries in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws of Rwanda & Jacksonville, North Carolina.

2. Nature of Service (The "Judge" Clause)

  • Curation vs. Operation: Judge Tours is a curation and evaluation platform. We "Judge" and recommend tours based on our proprietary 4IR framework. Unless explicitly stated, we are not the physical operator of the tours.

  • Independent Contractors: The physical journey is executed by third-party operators. While we vet them for quality and sustainability, the contract for the physical execution of the tour is between you and the Operator.

 

3. Digital Fulfillment & Intellectual Property

  • License to Use: Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital dossiers for personal travel.

  • IP Protection: Our "Matrix," proprietary icons, and curated itineraries are the intellectual property of Judge Tours. You may not reproduce, resell, or scrape our data for commercial use.

 

4. User Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy: You must provide accurate personal information for digital fulfillment.

  • Tech Readiness: You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device (smartphone/tablet) to access our digital assets while traveling.

  • Local Laws: While on a curated tour, you must adhere to the laws of the host country (e.g., Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda) and the safety protocols of the Operator.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Credits

  • Pricing: All prices are final at the time of purchase. As a digital-only service, there are no shipping or handling fees.

  • Refund Logic: As detailed in our Flexibility Policy, refunds are tiered (100% at 72h+, 50%/100% credit at 24h-72h).

  • Digital Credits: Credits issued to your user dashboard are valid for [12/24] months and have no cash value.

6. Liability Limitations (The "4IR" Reality)

  • Tech Outages: We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, Judge Tours is not liable for temporary digital outages, local cellular connectivity issues in remote areas, or GPS inaccuracies provided by third-party maps.

  • Physical Risk: Travel involves inherent risks. Judge Tours is not liable for physical injury, loss of property, or travel delays caused by third-party operators, weather, or "Force Majeure" events.

7. Data Privacy & Ethics

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to the collection of data used to optimize your experience and measure our collective sustainability impact.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kigali, Rwanda or Jacksonville, NC, rather than in court, to ensure an efficient, tech-forward resolution process.
