At Judge Tours, we offer unique travel experiences and bring a taste of our destinations to your door through our coffee and tea product line. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping for physical products and provides information on digital tour materials.
1. Tour Itineraries & Services (No Shipping Required)
All tour confirmations, travel itineraries, and related documentation are delivered digitally via email or through our secure online booking system. You will not receive physical mail for any of our tour services unless otherwise requested.

2. Shipping of Coffee and Tea Products
Shipping Locations
We currently ship our coffee and tea products to:
•All 50 U.S. states
•Select international destinations, including Rwanda and surrounding regions
If your country or region is not listed at checkout, please contact us to request a custom shipping option.
Processing Time
•Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
•Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
•U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days
•International (e.g., Rwanda): 7–21 business days, depending on local customs and shipping conditions
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or customs processing.
Carriers
We use trusted shipping partners such as:
•USPS, UPS, or FedEx for U.S. orders
•DHL or local couriers for international orders
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. Judge Tours is not responsible for delays or fees due to customs processing.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, we do not accept returns on these products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
