• Email Confirmation: A backup download link will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Digital Guides: Delivery is immediate. You should receive your access link within minutes of purchase.

• Custom Itineraries: If you have commissioned a bespoke itinerary, delivery will follow the timeline discussed during your consultation (typically 7–14 business days).

3. Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes:

• Check Your Folders: Please check your "Spam," "Junk," or "Promotions" folders, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there.
