Exceptions

We strive for excellence and will consider a refund or replacement in the following specific cases:

Duplicate Charges: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same product.

Order Errors: You received a digital product other than the one you purchased.

Technical Issues: You experienced a verified technical barrier that prevented access to the content, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.

Submitting a Request

Requests for exceptions must be submitted to info@judgetours.org within 7 days of purchase. Please include your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.
